Vijay G Madhuravasal Vijay G Madhuravasal received his master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering in Dec. ‘05 from Oklahoma State University and bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering in May ‘03 from University of Madras, India. He is currently engaged in doctoral program. His research interests are semiconductor device physics, mixed signal integrated circuit design, MEMS and nanotechnology. Vijay is engaged in MSVLSI group since Aug. ‘04. He is actively involved in characterization of FinFETs and silicon carbide semiconductor devices at elevated temperatures. He developed a solid state flame detector operable at 300°C using silicon carbide device technology and hybrid packaging techniques. He is a member of IEEE since 2000. Vijay has published papers and given presentations in international conferences. He has expertise in designing electronic speed control of automobiles and functionally graded spacers in the past. |
