Zhe Yuan

 

                                          Zhe Yuan is a PhD student of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. He is working on SRAM memory design and FIFO memory design for high temperature application (275° C).He has been the teaching assistant for the course “Digital Integrated Circuit Design” (ECEN4303), fall 2005. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Sichuan Institute of Technology in 2002 and master’s degree from Syracuse University in 2004.
